missingWrote a review on 17 Novbroken latches
Window latches were broken, leading to an open window on a windy night. Not to mention, the bathroom was shared and only had one shower, leading to potential queues. The room decor looked jaded, with water damage on the ceiling, and blue laundry bags left outside the room for days.

The suite was en suite and tidy on our blanket.

Clean tidy, staff were excellent both in reception and at the bar
Bedroom windows could do with double glazing but it was a minor irritant

The staff were just fabulous. There is a relaxing but luxurious quaintness to the place and rooms. The bath in room 2 is just to die for
I was slightly disappointed as the photo of the place showed a four poster bed which there wasnt in my room . But the bed was so comfy

The staff were very cute, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food available at the bar. The location is excellent, awesome for easy access to the city, and my suite was spacious and clean, providing much comfort .
Wi-Fi access could be better.

Gorgeous room and very comfortable. Plenty of room. Spa bath and really good shower. Really friendly and helpful staff.
The stairs would not be good for any one with a physical disability ( which ruled out a friend of mine coming to see the room).....and it was a little noisy ( road traffic) at times but not unbearable......having said that, it was silent during most of the night, it was more daytime traffic....if they had double glazed windows it would be perfect!

Although the hotel rooms are over a pub, the room was not noisy. Thehotel is very handy to the Interislander ferry terminal for our early morning sailing.

The meals at the pub were a highlight, especially the natural cut fries and the hearty hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and the blackout curtains really helped us catch some z's. The Wi-Fi was decent for most of our stay.
Thankfully, a staff member saved us from lugging our bags around while we waited for everything to sort out on opening day.
